Executive Order 4176

by President of the United States

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 2248, 2250 and 2252 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, and the act of March 3, 1877 (19 Stat., 294), and by virtue of the authority therein given, it is hereby ordered that the following land districts and land offices in the States mentioned be discontinued and the lands, business, and archives of the said land districts and land offices transferred to and consolidated with the land districts and land offices listed opposite thereto, at the close of business April 30, 1925:
