Executive Order 554½
Under the provisions of the act of Congress approved June 29, 1906, entitled "An act to provide means for the sale of internal-revenue stamps in the island of Porto Rico," Mr. Frank P. Nantz may be appointed a deputy collector of internal revenue, to be stationed at San Juan, P. R., without compliance with the civil-service rules.
