It is hereby ordered that the members of the societies of the armies of the Potomac, Tennessee, Cumberland and Ohio, the members of the Grand Army of the Republic, Sons of Veterans and Loyal Legion employed in the District of Columbia in or under the several executive departments and independent government establishments who desire to attend the corps meetings of the above-named societies and the unveiling of the statue of Maj. Gen. George Brinton McClellan Thursday, May 2, 1907, be excused from duty on that day.
