624330Executive Order 632 — Amending Civil Service Rules to Except Torpedo and Mine Planter Positions of War Department from Examination6243301907President of the United States

Section 7 of Subdivision III of Schedule A of the civil-service rules which reads "all firemen employed on torpedo planters" is hereby stricken out and the following substituted therein:

  1. All navigating positions on the torpedo and mine planters of the Quartermaster's Department at large.
