EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 3

CONTINUING UNTIL FURTHER ORDERS THE DAYLIGHT-SAVING TIME FOR THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines, the daylight-saving time for the Philippines established under Proclamation No. 789, dated December 13, 1941, is hereby continued until further orders.

Done in the City of Greater Manila, Philippines, this 31st day of January, 1942.
