Federal Trade Commission v. Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Company/Dissent Douglas
Appearance
United States Supreme Court
Federal Trade Commission v. Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Company
Argued: Oct. 15 and 16, 1952. --- Decided: Dec 22, 1952
Mr. Justice DOUGLAS, dissenting.
While I do not believe the merits of the case are as clear as Mr. Justice BLACK indicates, I join in the parts of his opinion which deal with the question whether the petition for certiorari was timely under 28 U.S.C. § 2101(c), 28 U.S.C.A. § 2101(c).
