5635 THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW-YORK by the Grace of God Free and Independent show Administratrip TO Mary N°19 and Thomas Wood Administrator both of North Hempstead of all and singular the Goods & Chattels and Credits which were of the Estate of Rem Cashow of North Hempstead in Queens County deceased. Send Greeting. WHEREAS the said Rem Cashow of North Hempsted as is alleged, lately died intestate, having, whilst living, and at the time of his death, Goods, Chattels, or Credits within this State, by means whereof, the ordering and granting Administration of all and singular the said Goods, Chattels, and Credits: and also the auditing, allowing, and final discharging the Account thereof, doth appertain unto us; and we being desirous that the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased may be well and faithfully administered, applied, and disposed of, do grant unto you the said Mary Cashow and Thomas Wood (during the Minority of Nicholas, Hendrick, Phebe, Jane, and Abraham his Children, full power, by these presents, to administer, and faithfully dispose of, all and singular the said Goods, Chattels, and Credits; to ask, demand, recover, and receive the Debts which unto the said deceased, whilst living, and at the time of his death, did belong; and to pay the Debts which the said deceased did owe, so far as such Goods, Chattels, and Credits will thereto extend, and the Law require; hereby requiring you to make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to your hands, possession or knowledge, and the same so made to exhibit or cause to be exhibited, in the Office of the Surrogate of the said County of QUEENS, at or before the expiration of six Calendar Months from the date hereof; and also to render a just and true account of Administration, when thereunto required: and we do by these presents, depute, constitute, and appoint you, and the paid, Mary Cashow Administrati Thomas Wood. Administrator of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits which were of the said Rem Cashow. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, We have caused the Seal of Office of our said Sur- rogate to be hereunto affixed-WITNESS, David Lambersonsun Esquire, Surrogate of the said County, at Jamaica, the tenth day of October of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sextion and of our Independence year The forty first.
