Human Rights Act

Human Rights Act may refer to:

• Human Rights Act 1998 (c. 42), an UK Act of Parliament implementing the European Convention on Human Rights.
• Human Rights Act 1993 (1993 No. 82), a New Zealand Act of Parliament that establishes the New Zealand Human Rights Commission and provides for anti-discrimination measures.
• Human Rights Act 2004 (ACT), an Australian Capital Territory Act that defines human rights applied to ACT.
• Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), a Queensland Act that defines human rights applied to Queensland and establishes the Queensland Human Rights Commission. It also deals with legislative safeguard, procedures of human rights complaints and for associated matters.
