THE SECRETS OF ALL HEARTS

IF it be true that on the Judgment day
The secrets of all hearts shall be revealed
Had I the power to choose I'd not arise,
But sleep forever in my tomb tight sealed!
Bare, shivering souls, stript of this kindly clay,
Shall we not fear e'en the most loving eyes?
