Change of wording?

- @Samwilson: and use of MediaWiki:Gadget-FlatSidebar.js swings it back up into the
p-panel"Tools" menu area which would make that new description inaccurate too. Why not avoid the whole presentation aspect part of the message and go for something like: "Utility to check for and insert a paragraph-breaking {{nop}} at the end of the previous page."
