Antrobus, John Coutts, M.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1855, high sheriff of Cheshire 1868, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Nov., 1852, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1857 (eldest son of Giles Crawford Antrobus, Esq., of Eaton Hall, Cheshire); born 23 Nov., 1829; married 1st, 29 Sept., 1S55, Fanny, dau. of Clement Swetenham, Esq., of Somerford Booths, Cheshire; she died 20 Sept., 1863; he married 2ndly, 10 Jan., 1865, Mary Caroline, 4th dau. of Geoffrey Joseph Shakerley, Esq., of Whatcroft Hall, Cheshire; she died 11 Sept., 1872; he married 3rdly, 6 Feb., 1875, Mary Egidia, youngest dau. of Genl. the Hon. Sir James Lindsay, K.C.M.G., and had issue by all his wives (see Foster's Baronetage).
