Arden, Richard Edward, F.R.G.S., F.G.S., M.R.I., principal of Clifford's Inn, J.P., D.L. Middlesex, J.P., high sheriff co. Pembroke 1872, a student of Gray's Inn 11 Jan., 1832, called to the bar 9 June, 1847 (2nd son of Joseph Arden, late of Islington, gentleman, dec.); born 4 Oct., 1804; married 1st, 8 Sept., 1832, Fanny, dau. of John Whitsed, Esq., of London, M.D.; she died 21 May, 1836; he married 2ndly, 29 Aug., 1839, Mary, dau. of John Finney, Esq., of London; she died 18 April, 1880; he married 3rdly, 10 Jan., 1882, Frances, widow of John Raven, of Dulwich, Surrey, and has issue.
