Biss, William Charles, a member of the Western circuit, reporter for Law Times in the Court of Appeal, a student of Lincoln's Inn 25 May, 1872 (then aged 19), called to the bar 30 April, 1875 (eldest son of William Henry Biss, Esq., of London); born 20 Dec., 1852.
