Brown, William, B.A. Trin. Coll., Camb., equity draftsman and conveyancer, a student of Lincoln's Inn 25 April, 1876 (then aged 21), called to the bar 25 June, 1879 (eldest son of Douglas Brown, Q.C., of Arncliffe Hall, Yorkshire, a master of the bench of Lincoln's Inn); born 5 Sept., 1854; married 19 Jan., 1884, Mary Grace, younger dau. of late Martyn John Roberts, of Pendarren, South Wales; she died 31 Oct., 1884.
