Burney, Arthur George, M.A. Christ Church, Oxon, from Eton, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 22 April, 1875 (then aged 25), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1878 (2nd son of Rev. Edward Kaye Burney, vicar of Thornham, Kent); born 15 Feb., 1850; married 9 Sept., 1880, Annette Forbes, eldest dau. of Rev. John Cave-Browne, M.A., vicar of Debtling (see Foster's Baronetage).
