Clark, Henry, B.A., Trin. Coll., Oxon, 1851, recorder of Tiverton since 1870, goes Western circuit, educated at Winchester Coll., late capt. royal Cornwall and Devon miners' artillery, a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 Jan., 1852 (then aged 22), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1855 (eldest son of Erving Clark, Esq., of Efford Manor, Devon); born 8 Aug., 1829; married 10 Aug., 1852, Lucy, 2nd dau. of John Carpenter, Esq., of Mount Tavy, Devon, and has issue.
