Christ Church, Oxon, a student of Lincoln's Inn 25 July, 1862 (then aged 21), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1866 (3rd son of Lt-Genl. Francis John Davies, of Danehurst, Sussex); born 1 Oct., 1840.
