Yorkshire North Riding, lord of the manor of Kirby Knowle, a student of the Inner Temple 19 Jan., 1866 (then aged 24), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1870 (only son of late Charles Heneage Elsley, Esq., of Mill Mount, Yorkshire); born 16 Jan., 1842.
