Berks, lord of the manor of Winkfield, a student of the Inner Temple 21 Jan., 1845 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1848 (eldest son of late Daniel Ferard, Esq., of Queen Square, Westminster); born 14 Jan., 1823; married 28 Jan., 1851, Emily, dau. of late Very Rev. T. Dale, dean of Rochester, and has issue.
