Frere, William Tudor, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 14 Nov., 1868 (then aged 20), called to the bar 6 June, 1871 (4th son of George Edward Frere, of the Middle Temple, bar.-at-law, F.R.S.); born 27 July, 1848; married 10 May, 1881, Ellen Geraldine, youngest dau. of late George Jones, Esq., of Mitton Manor, co. Staff, (see Foster's Baronetage).
