Coll., Camb., 1851, from Eton, assumed the surname of Fussell in lieu of his patronymic, a student of the Inner Temple 25 Jan., 1858 (then aged 19), called to the bar 6 June, 1872 (eldest son of Rev. James George Curry, of the Chantry, Frome, Somerset, one of H.M.'s inspectors of schools); born , 1849.
