Harris, Rev. Seymour Frederick, M.A, B.C.L., Worcester Coll., Oxon, 1875, matric. London Univ. 1869, vicar of St. Michael and All Angels', Blackburn, since 1884, went the Northern circuit, author of The Elements of Roman Law and of The Principles of Criminal Law, a student of the Inner Temple 15 Nov., 1872 (then aged 21), called to the bar 7 June, 1875 (2nd son of Rev. James Harris, Wesleyan minister); born 16 April, 1851; married , , Mary Elinor, dau. of William Barber, Esq., Q.C.
