(late scholar), Downing Coll., Camb., 1880, and Whewell scholar in international law in the Univ. of Camb., a member of the Oxford circuit, a student of the Middle Temple 1 June, 1877, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1880 (2nd son of Rev. Cornelius Hart, M.A., of London, vicar of Lingen, co. Hereford, 1860-70); born 30 Jan., 1855; unmarried.
