Hall, Camb., 1841, a member of the Northern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Nov., 1832 (then aged 22), called to the bar 19 Nov., 1843 (3rd son of Henry Fearon Heath, late of Westoe, co. Durham, gentleman, dec.); born , 1810; married 1 Oct., 1861, Mary Jane, youngest dau. of Rev. Henry Evans, rector of Lyng, Norfolk.
