Heathcote, John Moyer, jun., M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1856, goes the Northern circuit, J.P. Hunts and Sussex, hon. col. 1st administrative batt. Cambridge rifle volunteers since 1880, a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 March, 1856 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1859 (eldest son of John Moyer Heathcote, Esq., of Connington Castle, Hunts); born 12 July, 1834; married 18 Dec., 1860, Louisa Cecilia, dau. of Norman Macleod, Esq., of Macleod, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, B. Aveland).
