Hill, Frank Harrison, B.A. London Univ. 1851 and a member of Convocation, editor in chief of the Daily News since 1870, secretary Trades' Union Committee Social Science Association 1860, edilor of the Belfast Northern Whig 1860-6, author of Political Portraits, Questions for a Reformed Parliament, etc., a student of Lincoln's Inn 2 May, 1868 (then aged 38), called to the bar 6 June, 1872 (only son of George Hill, of Boston, co. Lincoln, gent.); born 6 Feb., 1830; married 16 June, 1862, Jane Dalzell, only dau. of late F. D. Finlay, Esq., of Belfast.
