Univ.) rifle volunteers, winner of the Queen's prize, Wimbledon, 1871 a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 Jan., 1872 (then aged 21), called to the bar 30 April, 1875 (only son of George Murray Humphry, of Cambridge, M.D., professor of anatomy); born 20 June, 1850; married 14 March, 1876, Elizabeth, 2nd dau. of Thomas Boycott, Esq., of London.
