Sussex, goes the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Middle Temple 29 May, 1835, called to the bar 25 Nov., 1842 (only son of Robert Henry Hurst, Esq., of Horsham, Sussex); born , 1817; married , 1859, Matilda Jane, eldest dau. of James Scott, Esq., of the Nunnery, Rusper, Sussex, and has issue.
