Jolliffe, William Peter, standing counsel to governors of Queen Anne's Bounty since 1878, member of Council of Legal Education, an examiner to Inns of Court since 1869, a student of Gray's Inn 11 Jan., 1837, called to the bar 30 June, 1839, bencher 1 March, 1875 (only son of Christopher Jolliffe, late of Tosh, Dorset); born , ; married 17 Aug., 1843, Harriet, 3rd dau. of Rev. William Penny, of Fox Hill, Upminster, etc.; she died 10 Oct., 1884.
