Kynnersley, Thomas Clement Sneyd, M.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1828, stipendiary magistrate for Birmingham since 1856, recorder of Newcastle-under-Lyme since 1858, J.P., D.L., vice-chairman Warwickshire sessions since 1863, J.P. cos. Stafford and Worcester, revising barrister on Oxford circuit 1832–56, educated at Rugby, a student of the Middle Temple 27 May, 1824, called to the bar 20 June, 1828 (2nd son of Thomas Sneyd Kynnersley, Esq., of Loxley Park, co. Staff.); born 23 July, 1803; married June, 1834, Eliza Rose, eldest dau. of late Joseph Sandars, Esq., of Taplow House, Bucks; she died , 1860, leaving issue.
