John, M.A., Clare Coll., Camb., 1877 (B.A. 1863), vicar of Sheriff Hutton, Yorks, since 1880, curate of Slingsby 1879–80, author of Local Government and Sanitary Law Reform, a student of the Middle Temple 20 Nov., 1862, called to the bar 30 April, 1866 (only son of Robert Morley Lascelles, of Slingsby, Yorks, surgeon); born 13 May, 1841.
