Cardiganshire, a member of the South Wales circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 26 March, 1828, called to the bar 7 June, 1833 (3rd son of Francis Lascelles, Esq., of Plymouth); born , 1807; married , 1835, Mary Albinia, dau. of late Thomas Hastings, Esq., 4th light dragoons, and has issue.
