Mead, Frederick, a member of the South-eastern circuit, counsel to the treasury at the Middlesex sessions, joint editor of Archbold's Quarter Sessions, 4th edn., associate of King's Coll., London, a student of the Middle Temple 31 Oct., 1866, called to the bar 7 June, 1869 (2nd son of George Edward Mead, of London, solicitor); born 22 July, 1847; married 7 Sept., 1878, Sophia, youngest dau. of Richard Henry Poland, Esq., of Blackheath.
