Mercer, Nicholas Algernon, B.A. Exeter Coll., Oxon, a student of Lincoln's Inn 10 May, 1876 (then aged 24), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1879 (2nd son of Henry Mercer, of Denham Lodge, Bucks, merchant); born , 1852; married 10 June, 1880, Sarah Augusta, only surviving child of late James Aspden, of Southport.
