Michell, Richard Brooke, M.A. Balliol Coll., Oxon, professor of law Presidency Coll., Madras, joint author of The Practice and Procedure in Appeals from India to the Privy Council, a student of Lincoln's Inn 14 Jan., 1868 (then aged 22), called to the bar 30 April, 1872 (2nd son of Rev. Richard Michell, of Lincoln Coll., Oxon, B.D., and public orator of that univ.); born , 1846.
