Coll., Camb., 1851, author of Legal Fragments, Battle of Hastings, a student of the Inner Temple 20 Nov., 1848 (then aged 21), called to the bar 30 April, 1852 (eldest son of John Pechell, of Hull, merchant); born 15 May, 1827; married 12 June, 1852, Helen, only child of late William Goodlad Todd, Esq., of Barton-on-Humber, and has issue.
