Pelham, Hon. Thomas Henry William, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1875, from Eton, a boundary commissioner for the Seats Bill 1884–5, legal adviser to agricultural department of the privy council since 1882, Local Government Board inspector 1883, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 20 March, 1868, called to the bar 6 June, 1871 (3rd son of Henry Thomas, 3rd earl of Chichester); born 21 Dec., 1847; married 26 July, 1883, Louisa Keith, dau. of late William Bruce, Esq., and cousin of Lord Balfour of Burleigh (see Foster's Peerage).
