Percival, Francis William, F.S.A., M.A. Brasenose Coll., Oxon, junior examiner in education department since 1872, a student of Lincoln's Inn 22 Jan., 1867 (then aged 23), went to the Inner Temple 21 June, 1878, where he was called to the bar 3 July, 1878 (6th son of Samuel Percival, Esq., late of Northampton, dec.); born , 1844; married 23 Oct, 1884, Isabella, younger dau. of late Lt.-Col. Henry Phillipps, of Sproughton Manor, Suffolk, J.P., D.L., and of 3rd King's own light dragoons.
