Phillips, Thomas, lt.-col. commanding 18th hussars 1877-81, J.P. Staff., a student of the Inner Temple 20 Jan., 1879 (then aged 41), called to the bar 6 June, 1883 (only son of Charles Phillips, of Basford Grange, co. Staff., dec.); born 28 March, 1837.
