Radcliffe, Francis Reynolds Yonge, M.A. Oxon, late fellow All Souls' Coll. (formerly Corpus Christi Coll.), 1st class classics 1874, an Etonian, a member of the Western circuit, author of The New Politicus, a student of the Inner Temple 28 Jan., 1871 (then aged 19), called to the bar 28 June, 1876 (eldest son of John Alexander Radcliffe, of London, solicitor); born 20 Sept., 1851; married 18 Aug., 1881, Helen, only dau. of Edward Harbord Lushington, Esq., of Brackenhurst, Cobham, Surrey, late financial secretary to Government of India (see Foster's Our Noble and Gentle Families).
