Salting, William Severin, M.A., Queen's Coll., Oxon, 1863, B.A. Univ. of Sydney, New South Wales, went the South-eastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 16 Nov., 1858 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1863 (2nd son of Severin Kanute Salting, of Silverlands, Surrey, formerly of Sydney, New South Wales, merchant); born 18 Jan., 1837; married 15 Sept., 187:, Millicent Emily, only dau. of Ven. Robert William Browne, LL.D., archdeacon of Bath and canon of Wells, and has a dau. (see Foster's Our Nobleand Gentle Families).
