Stonhouse-Vigor, Alfred Henry Say, M.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1861, recorder of Southampton since 1883, of Penzance 1877-83, revising barrister on Western circuit, educated at Ilminster Grammar School, a student of Lincoln's Inn 19 Jan., 1857 (then aged 24), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1860 (only surviving son of Rev. Henry Stonhouse-Vigor, late of Eaton Bishop, co. Hereford, dec.); born 24 June, 1832; married 27 April, 1867, Gertrude, youngest dau. of William Bird, Esq., J.P., of Crouch Hall, Hornsey (see Foster's Baronetage, Stonhouse).
