Stuart, Charles Pole, M.A., St. John's Coll., Camb., 1852, J.P. Bucks and Beds, a student of Lincoln's Inn 3 May, 1846 (then aged 20), called to the bar 21 Nov., 1851 (2nd son of late William Stuart, Esq., of Aldenham Abbey, Herts, dec.); born 7 May, 1826; married 20 March, 1860, Anne, eldest dau. of Robert Smyth, of Gaybrook, Westmeath, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, M. Bute).
