Glouc., Stafford, Salop, a member of the Oxford circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 21 Nov., 1873 (then a ged 23), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1876 (eldest son of Rev. Thomas Todd, M.A., rector of Newton Folkingham, co. Linc.); born 3 June, 1850; married 24 June, 1875, Eleanor Agnes, youngest dau. of late John Jones, Esq., of Kidderminster.
