Trafford, (Hon.) George, chief justice, vice-chancellor, and judge of vice-admiralty court of the island of St. Vincent since 1866, a non-resident member of the Royal Colonial Institute, educated at Rugby, a student of the Middle Temple 24 Jan., 1854, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1856 (eldest son of Leigh Trafford, of Rugby, co. Warwick, bar.-at-law); born , 1833; married 1st, , 1867, Caroline Anne, dau. of late Col. C. Creagh, inspector of police St. Vincent; she died , ; he married 2ndly, , 1878, Lucy Elizabeth, dau. of Edward Laborde, C.M.G., administrator of Grenada.
