Turner-MacGowan, Edward, B.A., LL.B., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1881, from Rugby, assumed the additional surname of MacGowan, a student of the Inner Temple 20 March, 1880 (then aged 20), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1884 (only son of Edward Robinson Turner, of Helmshore, co. Lanc.); born 21 Dec., 1860.
