Coll., London, School, a student of the Middle Temple 22 Jan., 1847, certificate of honour 1849, called to the bar 16 April, 1852 (2nd son of George Frederic Urlin, of Hampton, dec.); born 6 Feb., 1830; married , 1855, Mary Elizabeth, only surviving child of late John Addis, Esq., of Rustington, Sussex.
