Coll., Camb., 1867, LL.B. 1863, B.A. London Univ. 1859 and a member of Convocation, late major 2nd Essex rifle volunteers, high sheriff Essex 1877, J.P., D.L., a student of the Inner Temple 5 June, 1858 (then aged 18), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1863 (only son of late John Vaizey, Esq., of Gray's Inn, Middlesex); born 29 Nov., 1839; married 9 Nov., 1865, Alice, eldest dau. of late Edward Hornor, Esq., J.P., of the Howe, Halstead, Essex, and has issue.
