Waller, Frederick, Q.C., of the Equity bar, a member of the South-eastern circuit, member of Council of Legal Education, J.P. Middlesex, J.P., D.L. Hunts, and acting deputy chairman quarter sessions, a student of the Middle Temple 19 April, 1845, went to the Inner Temple 19 April, 1848, where he was called to the bar 5 May, 1848, Q.C. 9 Feb., 1874, bencher 12 June, 1874 (only surviving son of Samuel Waller, Esq., of Cuckfield, Sussex); born Feb., 1825.
