As Old As Missouri. Jacob H. Ford, who died at Tidswell Station yesterday afternoon, was proud of the fact that his age was practically the same as that of Missouri. His birth in Monroe county, August 21, 1821, was ten days after the admission of the state into the Union. The burial took place at Paris, Missouri. Tirey L. Ford, a son who lives in San Francisco, and who is general counsel for the traction companies of that city, arrived at his father's bedside just before the death angel came.
